Residential collections and deliveries are not supported.
How It Works
Approved clients are provided with access to a simplified booking process.
- Bookings submitted through a dedicated form
- No payment required at the time of booking
- Jobs scheduled in line with standard availability
Billing and Payment
Trade clients are invoiced on a weekly basis.
- Invoices are issued electronically
- Payment terms are typically 7 to 14 days
- Payment is made via bank transfer
A credit limit may be applied based on usage. Voltedge Drive reserves the right to suspend account access in cases of late payment.
Pricing Structure
Trade clients receive a 15 percent reduction on standard published rates.
All pricing remains fixed within defined service zones, providing clarity and consistency across all bookings.
Service Standards
- Same day collection and delivery
- Direct transport between locations
- Items suitable for handling by a single driver
- Maximum consignment weight of 40 kg
Consignments must be ready at the agreed collection time.
Requirements
To maintain service quality, trade client access is limited to approved businesses. You must:
- Operate from a commercial premises
- Provide accurate booking information
- Ensure recipients are available to accept delivery
Voltedge Drive may withdraw access where these conditions are not met.
