Booking & Pricing
How do I book a delivery?
All bookings are made through our online booking system. Payment is taken at the time of booking and confirmation is issued electronically.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
A confirmation email is sent once payment has been processed. This includes your delivery reference and full booking details.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Our regional rates are clearly displayed at the point of booking. If an incorrect delivery zone is selected, the applicable rate will be adjusted before dispatch.
What if I enter the wrong delivery zone?
It is the sender’s responsibility to select the correct zone. If an incorrect zone is chosen, we reserve the right to apply the correct rate prior to collection.
Do you add a fuel surcharge?
No. As an electric operator, we do not apply a fuel surcharge.
Can I open a trade account?
We offer agreed trade rates for organisations that send deliveries regularly. Please contact us to discuss suitability.
